Ikenna Mbazulike-Amechi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He attended Anambra State University of Technology, Awka and graduated in 1990. He obtained a Masters’ degree in law from the University of Lagos in 1993. Ikenna previously worked in the law offices of Yemi Peters and Associates before he started his own practice Ikenna Amechi & Co. which later metamorphosed into Perimeter Associates upon teaming up with other distinguished colleagues.
Ikenna was called to the New York State Bar in the United States in 2004 and still practices law in the United States. Ikenna’s areas of interest include – banking and financial services, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, real property documentation, tax matters, government relations, election petitions and US Immigration.
Ikenna served as a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly where he was the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and Appropriation. Ikenna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigerian Bar Association, and the New York State Bar.
