Emeka’s practice is centered on environmental and natural resources management law, corporate and commercial. He advises on the regulatory aspects of the environment, oil and gas, energy, bio- technology, integrated sustainable development strategies, and corporate social responsibility. He has a wealth of experience in commercial and environmental litigation, and legal research.

Prior to joining this team, Emeka worked for Lajugad Africa Solutions CC, a legal consultancy based in Johannesburg that offers integrated sustainable development strategies in Africa and Alpha Juris Chambers, Port Harcourt, Nigeria

He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria where he graduated with Second-class honours upper division; He later obtained his Masters’ and Doctorate degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Emeka is also a Senior Lecturer in the University of Port-Harcourt and has published works in international journals.
