Arinze is a diligent, dependable and result oriented lawyer with valuable practice experience traversing in-house, law firm and public practice and possesses impressive international contract negotiation and drafting experience. 

Arinze graduated with a Second-Class Upper Division from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 2012. After completing the mandatory NYSC service at the Office of the Public Defender, Abeokuta, Arinze joined Fasyl Technology Group, a multinational technology company as the Assistant Legal/Compliance Officer. In Fasyl, Arinze honed his skills in international contract drafting and negotiation. Arinze drafted and reviewed several international business agreements between Fasyl and other international partners, including IBM, Oracle, Hitachi, among others. 

To gain vital litigation experience, Arinze joined Perimeter Associates in August 2014 where he developed as a trial lawyer and astute advocate. Arinze is a member of the team that handled the firm’s client portfolio in the banking and commercial sectors in the eastern part of Nigeria and has represented the firm’s clients in trial and appellate courts and has been a legal consultant to the Enugu North Local Government Council, Enugu. 

Arinze drafted concession agreement between the Enugu North Local Government Nigeria and a South African Concessionaire under a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) Agreement for the construction and operation of the Northgate Ultra-Modern Shopping Mall Enugu, Nigeria.
