Godwin was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He attended Anambra State University of Technology, Awka (now Nnamdi Azikiwe University) and Lagos State University for his first and Masters’ degrees respectively.
Godwin worked with Deji Gbadeyan & Co. and Adegboyega Adeleke & Co. before establishing his own firm Anayo Okeke & Co. which fused with others to form Perimeter Associates.
Mr. Okeke has several years of hands-on experience and knowledge in Banking and Investment Law and Practice, Maritime Law and Real Property Documentation. Godwin has extensive knowledge in drafting commercial agreements and has represented our clients in several civil matters and arbitration.
